Muscles & Curves Terms and Conditions

General

The client understands that they are paying the instructor for their services as outlined in this agreement.

All classes must be paid for at least 48 hours in advance.

Failure to make a payment will result in the session being lost.

This is a rolling commitment, similar to a monthly gym membership, and therefore I am unable to offer a refund for the course fees.

All cancellation refunds or reimbursements will be at Muscles and Curves discretion.

The results of any training programme are not guaranteed and progress will depend on you (the clients) effort and commitment outside of the sessions.

Cancellations by the client

(Over 48 hours notice)

You must let me know at least 48hrs before the date of you next session if you are unable to attend, we will more than likely be able to reschedule a date for your next session, but if we cannot, for any reason, then your session will be forfeited and cannot be transferred or carried over.

Cancellations must be acknowledged by the trainer to be valid.


Cancellations by the client

(Less than 48 hours notice)

If you cancel your session with less than 24hrs notice or fail to show, your session be forfeited and cannot be transferred, carried over, re-scheduled or refunded.


Cancellations by Muscles & Curves

If I am forced to cancel our session within 24hrs I will make up the session at no extra charge.
If I am forced to cancel our session giving you more than 24hrs notice I will reschedule the session as soon as possible.

All cancellation refunds or reimbursements will be at Muscles and Curves discretion.


Lateness Policy

If you (the client) are late to the session, I will do my best to get the most out of the remaining time left in the session.

If I run late in starting our session I will extend the session time accordingly when possible, or make it up at a further date.


Subject to change

There maybe changes made to your session timetable, therefore sessions are subject to change. We reserve the right to change any session at any time. This is to allow for but is not limited to extreme weather conditions and the like. Please make sure you keep your contact information up to date.


Your Responsibilities

It is your responsibility to contact me if you are unable to attend a session.

Disclosure of information: Please disclose all health information as requested at our initial consultation and keep me updated and informed of any changes to your health status. This includes all medical conditions; physical and mental, injuries, allergies and medication you are taking. If necessary you may need to seek clearance from your doctor before participation in the exercise programme I recommend.

Accepting potential risks: whilst for most people exercise is hugely positive with many health benefits, there remains some risk that I require you to be aware of and by signing this agreement you are accepting the potential risks.


Client Courtesy and Conduct

My studio is part of my home.

The client should be aware that the studio used for training is part of the instructor’s (Katy Taylor) home and her families. Any disrespectful or abusive behaviour (deemed by the instructor) towards any persons present within the studio’s address or to the property, will not be tolerated.

Should any such behaviour occur, the Instructor has the right to ask the client to leave the premises, without a refund.

Compliancy or failure to do so will result in the police being contacted.
