In order to keep up with the Global pandemic, here at Muscles & Curves we have learned to change and adapt.
So sessions have been developed to keep you ‘Pole Fit’ during lockdown, and we offer a variety of package options.
Simply follow the 4 step process below to get started!
Simply get in touch to meet your instructor, ask her about a suitable group class for you.
Alternatively, you might find that private online lessons is a better option.
Online pole group classes are generally available in the week, and are designed to improve strength and stamina.
Classes are for mixed ability levels, and suitable for all, whether you are a beginner or advanced.
Private online lessons (Personal training sessions) are available during the week, as well as weekends.
