I want to inspire other women, no matter their size, shape, age or lifestyle, to feel exactly how pole fitness makes me feel… confident, strong and sexy!

Starting Muscles and Curves means that I can invest my heart and soul into something that I am passionate about. In a recent interview with the FSB (Federation of Small Businesses) I was asked the following simple question… What do you do? To which I responded with…

 I help women to embrace and enhance their beautiful bodies and show them how to perform gravity defying moves through pole fitness training. I help women to feel confident, sexy and strong by providing one to one or two to one pole courses that are designed around the individual and their needs and abilities. I also provide nutrition and diet advice and planning, as well as an exercise programme to compliment our pole training.
