You must be in good health to participate in our training sessions. This means that you are not suffering from any major ailments, injuries or conditions. You must inform me of any minor and major injuries or ailments on arrival. If you suffer from back or neck problems, pole fitness may not be suitable for you.
Pole fitness can cause some aching, bruising and chafing. However, these will become less frequent and less painful as your body becomes use to the effects each move has on the body. It is normal to feel achy or uncomfortable during and after your session, however, you should never feel acute or serious pain. If you feel this, please stop the exercise/move and inform me immediately.

I realise that my participation in these activities involves the risk of injury and even the possibility of death. Furthermore, I hereby confirm that I am voluntarily engaging in an acceptable level of exercise, which has been recommended to me. I agree to advise Muscles and Curves in writing if any of the above information changes, or if my doctor advises me to stop, reduce or otherwise adjust my exercise regime. I will inform my personal trainer immediately if I injure myself in any way during a session.

Media: I understand that all moves, routines, teaching techniques demonstrated to me during the session remain the property of Muscles and Curves. My participation in Muscles and Curves sessions does not give me the authorisation to replicate any routines or moves learnt in the session to other participants in any context. Photography and video footage taken during the session by any participants remain the property of Muscles and Curves. I give permission for Muscles and Curves to use my face on any footage taken during the session in any publicity or marketing campaigns in the future.
Muscles and Curves are legally required to store the above information provided and so under strict GDPR compliant guidelines. The contact information supplied will be used to send email notifications, and occasionally, with permission, Muscles and Curves may contact via Facebook and instagram also. We deem acceptance of friend requests, or exchange of following as agreement to contact via that particular media. We contact clients via email, text and/or social media for the purpose of informing you about upcoming events and offers, as well as information, updates or cancellations.
It is our duty to inform you of changes when applicable, particularly if these changes affect your classes.
However if you do not wish to have contact from us at all, it is your right to refuse contact, but it is then your responsibility to maintain contact regarding lessons and that you accept all responsibility and any associated losses.
